The Carbon Negative Alliance helps small and midsize businesses in the services industry calculate their carbon footprint, reduce their CO2 emissions, and offset the remainder to help them lead the way to a more sustainable future.
We support third-party validated and verified renewable energy, energy efficiency and reforestation projects around the world – such as those certified by Gold Standard and Verified Carbon Standard – helping to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and the threat of climate change.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Energy efficiency projects, which require less energy to perform the same function, reduce carbon emissions today and are cost-effective as well as saving money for individuals and businesses.
REFORESTATION
REFORESTATION
Reforestation projects reduce carbon emissions over time by sequestering CO2 from the air and storing in the trunks, branches, leaves and roots of the trees as well as the forest floor. It’s estimated that forests are capable of providing 23% of the climate mitigation needed before 2030.
