Our Mission
Our mission is to build a global alliance of businesses in the services sector joining forces to take immediate and ongoing action on climate change and become carbon negative for the benefit of the planet and society.
The Carbon Negative Alliance was founded to help businesses, particularly those in the services sector, become carbon neutral and then take the next step to becoming carbon negative.

Renewable energy projects, using energy generated by wind, solar, hydro, biomass and geothermal techniques, reduce carbon emissions today and help create a low-carbon economy by producing electricity without burning fossil fuels such as coal or natural gas.

Energy efficiency projects, which require less energy to perform the same function, reduce carbon emissions today and are cost-effective as well as saving money for individuals and businesses.
REFORESTATION
REFORESTATION
Reforestation projects reduce carbon emissions over time by sequestering CO2 from the air and storing in the trunks, branches, leaves and roots of the trees as well as the forest floor. It’s estimated that forests are capable of providing 23% of the climate mitigation needed before 2030.
